The Geo Boutique Villa Kyparissia – Two Bedroom Apartment Ground Floor is located in the 6th km of Kyparissia in Filiatra, a part of a villa built in a 4.5 acre estate, with a garden, olive grove, horticultural crops of the season and a private poultry unit allowing visitors to taste fresh eggs and vegetables of our production.

Outside there’s a swimming pool of 16x5m with crystal and door surrounding it as a fence, sunbeds and 2 portable barbecue grills. On the lawn, the visitors can play football and they can also ride the bikes, which are offered free of charge, to go to the quiet beach 150m from the villa, having the feeling of a private beach.

The Apartment has a surface of 150 sqm and accommodates up to 6 guests.
It consists of a living room with fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 being a master bedroom, bathroom with shower and separate Jacuzzi and 1 WC. The bedrooms have 2 single beds. In the living room there is 1 sofa-bed for 2 guests.

Kalamata airport is 70 km away and Kyparissia just 6 km. The location of the accommodation is the ideal starting point to explore the wider area and Messinia. At 1000 m there is a picturesque harbor in a settlement with traditional taverns and bars.
At 55 km there is the Tempe of Apollo Epicurius, at 35 km there is Nestor’s palace near the town of Pylos, at 65 km you can take a tour of the archaeological site of Olympia and at 30 km you will find the famous Costa Navarino with its stunning beaches like the golden coast and the most famous beach of Voidokilia in Pylos.
